Energy Avenue

Energy Avenue is the eshop of the Public Electricity Supply Cooperative. PPC is the leading company for the production and supply of electricity in Greece, which deals with the production, distribution and sale of electricity to sellers. In view of the above, we are particularly pleased that a company of this magnitude has entrusted ON OFF SOCIAL MEDIA with the promotion of its online store through social networks.

The desire of the company was  to communicate in the best way their new online store to the members of the association and at the same time to advertise the competing products to the general public. The results were impressive from the first moment of cooperation.

Strategy 

  • We utilized each communication channel with the target audience and informed them about the start of the online store. 
  • We rewarded the users from the first moment with discounts and fantastic offers. 
  • We have looked, with successful campaigns, at potential customers who do not have access to physical stores.

  • To be specific, from the first 2 months, the e-shop had income, which according to our experience, a company can only achieve after 2 years of continuous advertising and promotion.
  • Within 3 months, we were able to increase the amount each consumer spends per purchase, without increasing advertising costs.
  • The creation of attractive advertisements, the correct interpretation of the advertising indicators, as well as the correct targeting and distribution of the advertising budget, lead us to an immediate return of the initial investment cost of the online store.
  • The financial results were beyond due. We did not only achieve the company's monthly goal, but we also surpassed it by 20%.
  • We increased the registrations in the e-shop by 40%. Note that we have registrations from ordinary users, who are not members of the cooperative and we consider this a great success. Always taking under consideration, the supply in the retail trade but also the huge competition.
